Mr. Tai has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. He served as Executive Director and Head of Greater China at PGIM, overseeing the company's investment transactions in Greater China, Southeast Asia and South Korea. Prior to joining PGIM, he worked at SEB Asset Management and GIC Real Estate Limited, leading more than $3 billion in M&A transactions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Tai received a MS in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, UK, and MS in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research and MS in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University.
